What services do you offer?+
I offer six specialisations: workflow automation (n8n, Make.com), agentic AI systems (RAG pipelines, local LLMs, AI chatbots), Docker containerisation and cloud deployment, DevOps engineering (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring), database services (PostgreSQL, vector DBs, ETL), and Python development (FastAPI, scripting, data pipelines).
How do I get started?+
Book a free 30-minute discovery call via the Contact page. I'll ask about your requirements, timeline and budget, then provide a fixed-price quote within 24 hours. No obligation.
Do you work with clients internationally?+
Yes. I work with clients in the US, UK, EU, Australia, Canada and worldwide. All communication is via email, Slack or video call. I work asynchronously across time zones.
What are your payment terms?+
I require 50% upfront and 50% on delivery for most projects. For larger engagements, milestone-based payments are available. I accept bank transfer and major payment platforms.
Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?+
Yes. Every package includes a support window (Silver: 1–2 months, Gold: 3–4 months, Diamond: 6 months). I also offer separate retainer agreements for ongoing maintenance and priority support.
Can I hire you for a custom project not listed here?+
Absolutely. These are my most common service types, but I take on custom engagements regularly. Describe your project on the Contact page and I'll tell you if and how I can help.
How long do projects typically take?+
Simple automation workflows: 1–3 days. Standard APIs or chatbots: 1–2 weeks. Complex AI systems or full deployment pipelines: 2–6 weeks. I provide a project timeline estimate before any commitment.
Do your solutions include documentation?+
Yes. All deliverables include written documentation: architecture overview, setup/deployment instructions, and usage guide. For complex systems I also provide a recorded walkthrough video.
